Owned by the publicly traded Amaya Inc, the 2001-launched popular poker site continues its ongoing expansion of its casino product range from the start of this year. This includes earlier partnership with Red Tiger Gaming, which was inked in May, as well as NYX’s OGS to strengthen their Danish and New Jersey regulated sites, not long ago. PokerStars’ Spanish division has also benefitted from NetEnt’s content expansion within the market announced just a week ago. Premium live casino from Evolution Gaming can be found within the ever-strengthening games lobby as well.

Bo Wänghammar, Director of PokerStars Casino Operations expressed his satisfaction: “We are very pleased that our players now have access to some of the most popular games in the online casino industry, further strengthening our existing product offering. This partnership, alongside bespoke games developed by PokerStars, will help provide our customers with the best online gaming experience that can’t be found elsewhere. We look forward to further expanding with Microgaming in the near future.”

PokerStars Casino Getting Popular Slots by Microgaming

The Isle of Man headquartered games developer will first supply the growing online casino with some of its most beloved branded and original video slots, including Immortal Romance, Ariana, Break Da Bank Again and Thunderstruck II. These, along with the industry’s largest progressive jackpot network games like Mega Moolah, are already available to more than 108 million registered PokerStars members in select jurisdictions.

In the coming months, the operator will also integrate more Microgaming hit games like Lost Vegas, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider™ and Mermaid Millions. However, the newly announced Jurassic World slot may not be on that list just yet.

Other than the deal with Multilotto in May, it’s been a very quiet month for Microgaming expansion wise, at least based on public reports. That in mind, here’s what Andrew Clucas, Director of Quickfire at Microgaming had to say about the current agreement: “It’s a great achievement to see Quickfire live on PokerStars. They are a renowned gaming brand with a huge player base, and we believe Microgaming content is the perfect fit for their casino customers. We will continue to work closely with PokerStars as they look to grow their games portfolio through Quickfire; this will be a long and fruitful relationship for both parties.”
