About Red7 Mobile

Red7 Mobile Ltd is based in Bristol, UK, and is regarded as one of the industry leaders in mobile and interactive casino content development, and the delivery and building of sports apps. Their services include art and design works, game and app development, platform integration, quality assurance, and game conversion from Flash to HTML5. Speaking of the conversion, the company has built games in partnership with Blueprint Gaming, bwin.party, Felt Games, Quickspin, Endemol and the new parent company’s subsidiary SG Interactive.

Together with Red7’s range of sports betting solutions, the iGaming content will “augment Scientific Games’ entertaining game content and industry-leading intellectual property” through the group’s existing network. With the new agreement, they also take over the existing partnerships, including many of the industry’s leading online gaming and sports betting operators as well as platform providers.

Here’s what Scientific Games Group Chief Executive – Interactive Barry Cottle has to say: “The acquisition of Red7 and its highly creative, talented team is a very positive development in SG Interactive’s growth story.”

Cottle also sees the current deal as a perfect fit, adding: “Many of Red7’s partners are also our partners, so we truly feel this is a win-win for all of our stakeholders. As we merge Red7’s content into our extensive game library, we will expand our UK retail and digital portfolio and be able to deliver even more compelling game content for the global digital Real Money Gaming business.”

Matt Hatch, Chief Executive Officer of Red7Mobile, didn’t hide his excitement either by adding: “We are excited to bring our highly developed skills in game development to Scientific Games, contributing our passion, creativity, innovation and award-winning games to deliver transformational player experiences to Scientific Games’ many real-money gaming partners around the globe.”

Adam Fox, Chief Technology Officer of Red7Mobile remarked: “Red7 has always focused on designing and producing some of the most innovative games and sports apps. Having access to Scientific Games’ content, brands, and global network is a very exciting prospect for the Red7 team.”

That said, the Scientific Games family now includes one more member in addition to Bally, Barcrest, Shuffle Master, and Williams.
