There’s a great range of eateries and bars at the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino with a choice of fine dining, easy casual restaurants, and a choice of bars. Ming is an exotic Asian restaurant serving Mandarin and Cantonese specialties from an extensive menu. Offering a variety of dishes, Embers restaurant was voted as one of Las Vegas’ Top Five Most Romantic Restaurants. Grilling up all kinds of dishes, Fireside is a barbecue restaurant and Cockeyed Clam serves seafood dishes. Pizza Palace is a great place for everyone serving pizza, pasta and a variety of sandwiches, and Burger Palace says it all in the name. Betty’s Diner is great for a light meal or snack or an all American ice cream sundae, and the 24 hour Teahouse is an Oriental themed coffee shop also serving food. Emperors Buffet is the place to go if you can’t decide what you want to eat, serving a range of foods and open for every meal, you can’t go wrong at such an affordable price. The Nomiya Lounge serves delicious cocktails, there are four bars in the casino alone with great views of the casino floor and the sports bar is ideal if you fancy.

Located on the fifth level of the hotel’s self-parking lot, the world’s largest classic-car lot, Auto Collections is home to $100 million worth of classic autos on display and for sale.

Entertaining since 1983, Legends in Concert is the first Las Vegas tribute show that features celebrity impersonating performers. The full production is held twice nightly except for Sundays.

Another highlight of the Imperial Palace is the Imperial Hawaiian Luau, a poolside buffet and Polynesian revue. Held on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings (April – October), guests are treated to complimentary fruit punch, pina coladas, and mai tais, hula lessons, and roasted suckling pig.
