Endorphina is an Eastern Europe-facing iGaming company and Geisha is one of its 25-line video slots. It’s themed on the Japanese culture and the traditional female entertainers or hostesses. The game’s played at a lower variance and comes with a handful of features common to the developer. In terms of gameplay it is similar to a couple of its counterparts – the Pachamama and The Vampires slots – even though there are the least bonuses in this release from the series. That in mind, let’s take a closer look at the Geisha slot in the review next.
Features and Bets
The game’s designed pleasantly around the Japanese theme with lots of natural materials and relaxing sound effects. This could be a good addition to the many Oriental video slots that Microgaming is busy developing, if you’re a fan.
That said, Geisha has flexible lines count that can be adjusted to your linking with the corresponding switch in the bottom right corner of the game. In the opposite corner from it there’s the coins selector that goes from 0.01 up to 5.00 credits. For each line one can also wager up to 300 coins.
In the base game there’s also an opportunity to double your win using the Risk Game. Make sure you select a card that’s higher than the one picked by the game.
Symbols and Bonuses
The traditional Japanese footwear or Geta, coins, oil-paper umbrellas and shamisen (the three-stringed lute) are all part of the low-pay symbols. In addition to them, there are three Geishas, which award up to 800 coins, granted that you play one coin per line.
The Koi fish symbol is Wild and substitutes all icons except the Temple, which pays scattered. For five Koi Fish you win up to 40x the total stake. However, Temple pays 5x more than that and triggers the one and only bonus feature that appears in the Geisha video slot.
The Free Games feature is triggered with 10 initial free spins and very special Geisha symbols that come with x1, x2 and x3 multipliers. During the feature more free games can be won in exchange for temples for even longer rounds of play.
The only drawback to the above bonus is that it’s very difficult to trigger. Hopefully, when you do the wait will be worth it. If not, you can still opt for the Risk Game and try to double your win there.
Geisha is one of the three 25-line video slots from Endorphina. It has the Japanese theme with Geishas in the limelight. The game’s further enhanced with attractive visuals and sounds, as well as high-pay Wilds and Scatters that award Free Games with special Geishas that earn you multipliers.
